In order to maintain your Instructor status you must complete the following:
* Maintain current Provider status (current provider card or demonstration of provider skills and successful completion of provider written exam).
* Teach a minimum of 4 courses in two years.
* Attend required Training Center Instructor Update Workshops.
* Present documentation of successful teaching ability (Instructor Monitoring).
* Meet any additional requirements of your specific Training Center.
