Carol Stemple, RN, CEN


Carol Stemple, RN, President & Founder guides the company with over 25 years of professional Emergency and Critical-Care nursing experience. Her career stops have included the University of Maryland Shock-Trauma Center, Crozer-Chester Burn Center, The National Institutes of Health, Washington Hospital Center, and Washington Adventist Hospital. 


A respected and passionate instructor, Ms. Stemple personally trained the US Surgeon General in Heartsaver AED.  She has been interviewed on National Public Television and is a requested speaker at national and international conferences.  Ms. Stemple’s meticulous research of defibrillation technology and emergency response has qualified her as an early defibrillation expert.




Ms. Stemple was recently elected Basic Life Support National Faculty for the American Heart Association.  She continues to volunteer as AHA ACLS Regional Faculty and is a member of the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, the local CERT team, the regional AHA Emergency Cardiovascular Care committee, and Maryland State Disaster Volunteer Nurse Responder.



Ms. Stemple is a strong advocate for the prevention of illness through the implementation of a harmonious and healthy lifestyle.  She enjoys snow skiing, golf, and mountain biking.
